  • Before we move to the next step or cure under the lamp, take a moment to confirm you're happy with the length, shape, and color—we want it just right for you!
  • Please note that all services are non-refundable, so open communication during your appointment helps us give you the best experience possible.

  • To help your nails set properly (and give you time to relax!), we kindly ask that you limit phone use during your service. Let us pamper you—you deserve it!

  • We offer a 7-day guarantee on nail enhancements and gel/shellac polish for any chipping, breakage, or other issues caused by our work.
  • Regular polish services include a same-day touch-up guarantee—just let us know if anything comes up!
  • 🧡 Your Comfort & Safety Matter

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns before we begin—we want to keep you safe and cozy throughout your visit.
  • While we’ll do our best to help ease any discomfort, we are not able to treat ingrown toenails or provide medical care. For those concerns, we kindly recommend seeing a licensed podiatrist. Your well-being always comes first
  • No-shows and last-minute changes (less than 1 hour before your appointment) may result in a small fee.
  • 🌿Cancellations & Changes

    We totally understand—plans change, life happens, and sometimes you're just not feeling your best. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a quick call or message to let us know. A little heads-up really helps us and allows someone else to enjoy the spot!
  • No-shows and last-minute changes (less than 1 hour before your appointment) may result in a small fee.
  • For group bookings (3 or more guests), we ask for a small deposit to secure your spot.
  • If you cancel at least 3 hours in advance, your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied to a future visit.
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment are non-refundable—we appreciate your understanding.
